Reporting Bugs
If you find a problem with phpGroupWare please report it on savannah. That way the appropriate developer can be made aware of it. We try to respond to all posts with 48 hours. Please login to savannah or include an email address so we can contact you to get more information or seek clarification.
For security related problems, DO NOT post them on savannah. Please email them to our security mailing list.
If you have a fix, we would love to see it. Please read the patch guidelines, before submitting the patch.
Please provide as much information as possible for us to properly diagnose the cause of the problem, including:
- complete Error message,
- OS(distro) and version,
- Apache or IIS version,
- PHP version,
- phpGroupware version,
- and anything that might be relevant
Please be aware that if you do not reply to a follow up post after 2 weeks, the report will be closed.
If you are using a tarball, please run a CVS update before reporting a bug, as it may have already been fixed.
